Basic Yeast Bread
Ingredients
5   | tsp. | Yeast | 2 packages |
1/2 | Cup | Water | Warm |
1/8 | tsp. | Sugar | |

2   | Cups | Water | Warm |
1/2 | Cup | Butter | |
1/2 | Cup | Sugar | |
2   | | Eggs | |
2   | tsp. | Salt | |
3 1/2 | Cup | Flour | |

5-6   | Cups | Flour | |
Instructions
- Disolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and a pinch of sugar.
- Set in a warm place and allow to foam for a few minutes.
- Blend other ingredients until creamy.
- Mix your blended ingredients with yeast mixture.
- Gradually add 5-6 more cups of slour until dough is very stiff.
- Let dough stand for 10 minutes.
- Kneed for 10 minutes.
- Add one more cup of flour if necessary.
- Continue kneeding:
- Let rise (I'm guessing 10 minutes).
- Punch down.
- Let rise (again, I'm guessing 10 minutes).
- Punch down again.
- Form into rolls or loaves, let rise (once again, I'm guessing 10 minutes).
- Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped.
- Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.
- Makes 30 rolls or 2 large loaves.
