Iowa's Grilled Turkey Tenderloin Marinade
Ingredients
1   | lb. | Turkey tenderloins | cut in half |
1/4 | Cup | Dry sherry | or red wine |
1/4 | Cup | Soy sauce | |
1/4 | Cup | Vegetable oil | |
2   | Tbsp. | Lemon juice | |
2   | Tbsp. | Instand minced onion | |
1/4 | tsp. | ginger | |
    | | garlic powder | dash |
    | | black pepper | dash |
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a container.
- Add turkey.
- Turn to coat both sides.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours, turning occasionally.
- Grill tenderloins over hot heat 6 to 8 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- Turkey is done when no longer pink and the meat thermometer reaches 170° in the thickest part of the turkey.
