Grandpa John's Basic Giblet Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil
- All-purpose flou
- Turkey giblet stock, including the reserved cooked neck and giblets
Directions: More art than instruction
- Make a thick "slurry" with oil and Flour.
It should pour very slowly, but not clog up your container.
- Turn up the heat on your roaster oven so the giblets, drippings, etc. are very hot.
- Stir in small ammounts of the slury while constantly stirring.
- Once the mixture is thick, put it in a delivery container and serve.
