Grandpa John's Basic Giblet Gravy Recipe


Directions: More art than instruction

  1. Make a thick "slurry" with oil and Flour.
    It should pour very slowly, but not clog up your container.
  2. Turn up the heat on your roaster oven so the giblets, drippings, etc. are very hot.
  3. Stir in small ammounts of the slury while constantly stirring.
  4. Once the mixture is thick, put it in a delivery container and serve.
